For 14 years, she navigated challenges with resilience, learning self-reliance and embracing freedom from her past struggles. Driven by her own experiences, Elisa dreamed of giving back to single low-income mothers. Today, that dream is a reality. She understands the hardships and loneliness of being a single mother on a limited income firsthand. Now, as a devoted wife to William, Elisa's family is a beautiful blend of love and unity. Together, with their four children, they share a passion for travel, entrepreneurship, staying active, and cherishing moments with loved ones. William Adams is the founder for facility maintenance services providing eco solutions for long term sustainability, Founder of his own nonprofit organization called “The Broadway Project,” for single fathers, marketing and communications professional, small business consultant, and a well-known, engaged community leader. William strengthens community ties by also serving on the board of B.L.U. Tier; being raised in a single parent household, he understands the need for support services and community engagement for moms. Williams heart for community has led him to find creative and innovative ways to support – whether through hands-on service, fundraising or board leadership. He is known as a champion of others, dedicating many hours to teaching and finding ways to inspire and encourage people to become better versions of themselves.

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
