Dr. Diana D. Heard, Md Owner & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Diana Heard is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over two decades of clinical experience and a lifelong dedication to women's health. As the Owner and Chief Medical Officer of Glendale Obstetrics & Gynecology, she has built a practice grounded in evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and an unwavering respect for every woman's right to make her own healthcare decisions.

Dr. Heard earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and

completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Hurley Medical Center, a teaching affiliate of Michigan State University. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and holds fellowship distinction with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG).

Her clinical expertise spans the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic care -from prenatal care and high-risk pregnancy management to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, menopause care, contraceptive counseling, and preventative women's health. She is a strong advocate for patient autonomy and proudly provides the full range of reproductive care options, including permanent contraception, without judgment or barriers.

Dr. Heard believes that the physician-patient relationship is one of the most meaningful in a woman's life — and she works every day to be worthy of that trust.

Daniel Perez, MBA Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Perez serves as Chief Executive Officer of Glendale Obstetrics & Gynecology, overseeing all business operations, strategic growth, and the patient experience that defines the practice's culture. Working in close partnership with Dr. Heard, Daniel brings a passionate, systems-driven approach to everything from practice infrastructure to the way women feel the moment they walk through the door.

Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a certificate in International Relations, both earned with honors. His academic foundation reflects a lifelong commitment to understanding complex systems and finding practical, human-centered solutions within them — a mindset that shapes every decision he makes at Glendale OBGYN.

For Daniel, healthcare is deeply personal. He believes every patient deserves not only exceptional clinical care, but a practice that respects their time, genuinely listens, and treats them as a whole person. His work is focused on building the systems, the team, and the culture that make that standard feel effortless — every patient, every visit.

One of his deepest commitments is preserving what has become increasingly rare in modern medicine: a truly independent, physician-led practice.
