about the rising leaders scholarship
Through the Rising Leaders Scholarship, B.L.U. Tier Organization supports graduating Phoenix seniors as they transition into college, trade school, or the workforce. Many students leave high school without the basic tools needed to succeed in their next chapter.
Our program connects generous community sponsors with motivated students by providing technology, dorm essentials, school supplies, and success kits that help them begin their journey prepared and confident.
Every sponsorship directly equips a student with the resources they need to step into adulthood with opportunity, stability, and support.

Community sponsors and local businesses can make a direct impact by sponsoring one or more graduating seniors through the Rising Leaders Scholarship. Each contribution helps provide the tools, supplies, and technology students need to begin their future with confidence.

Only 20 community sponsors are needed to fully equip the first class of Rising Leaders.
